Increasing severe weather chances in the forecast for parts of the High Plains and Upper Midwest today.  Cities like Bismarck, Minneapolis and Milwaukee could all see dangerous storms with large hail, damaging winds and tornadoes.

The slight risk of severe weather is over the Dakotas, Minnesota, Iowa and Wisconsin.   This means scattered severe storms will be in the forecast.
