Sizzling heat will be felt around Phoenix, Arizona today (Friday) and Saturday. The mercury will climb well above the century point and approach 110. A strong ridge of high pressure sitting over the Four Corners is bringing the hot temperatures to the Southwest. Temperatures will hit 105 to 110 from Phoenix to Yuma into Saturday.
