Over the past few weeks, several inches of rainfall has occurred in parts of Wisconsin, producing flooding. Madison has been one of the hardest hit areas with more than 9" falling this month, most of it within the last week. Along with the threat for severe weather is heavy rain again, bringing an additional risk of flooding. Flash Flood Watches are in effect through most of  Wisconsin, including Green Bay, the Fox Cities, Wausau. Madison, and Milwaukee. 1" to 2" of rain is likely, with isolated areas possibly seeing more than 3". The majority of the heavy rain falls west of the area this afternoon and will move into central and eastern Wisconsin later tonight and Tuesday. The chance for storms continues through Wednesday.   For WeatherNation: Meteorologist Mace Michaels
