Isolated Tornado Chance in the Northeast Thursday

Scattered showers and storms will be impacting the Northeast today and a few storms could be strong and even produce an isolated tornado.

Severe Outlook

 

Here is the very latest severe outlook for Thursday.  There is a Marginal risk in the Northeast for the risk of large hail, damaging winds and a tornado.  This will not be a major tornado outbreak, but there will be likely some rotating thunderstorms this afternoon.

Forecast

Here is the latest timing for the stronger storms today.  The most dangerous weather will likely be during the late afternoon and early evening.  Keep checking back with WeatherNation for more severe updates.
