FLOOD ALERTS
Flood alerts are still in place for the high plains region as temperatures continue to rise.   FLOODING POTENTIAL
During the day, temperatures will be well above freezing as we head towards the weekend. This means the snow pack will be melting rapidly which will lead to rivers rising. Temperatures during the night will also stay above freezing, so the melting will not be stalled for our evening hours and we will see continuous melting. One river in particular that will be highly affected is the Red River in Fargo, ND.   FLOODING FORECAST
Major flooding is forecast to occur for the Red River by Friday. Flooding will continue throughout the weekend and into next week, as well. Stay safe, and make sure to heed to any evacuations that might be put into place.
