Friday afternoon, the National Hurricane Center has identified INVEST 94L as Potential Tropical Cyclone Nine near Cuba. The National Hurricane Center can identify an area as a potential tropical cyclone to get tropical alerts issued. Tropical Storm Watches and Warnings have been issued for parts of the Bahamas this weekend!
