Portland, Dallas to Miami are just a few cities with thunderstorm potential today. The greatest chances for severe thunderstorms will be for parts of the Pacific Northwest. Seattle and Portland are under a rare level 2 slight risk for severe issued by the Storm Prediction Center. We've also been smashing heat records, which is fueling storms so we are watching a handful of areas over the next 3 days with thunderstorm potential and even severe.
