SEVERE WEATHER CHANCES
Severe weather chances are in place for central U.S. A marginal risk means isolated severe thunderstorms will be possible during the day, today. We will not be looking at tornado risk, but the main threats will be wind and hail. Winds around 60 mph might be possible with hail around 1" in diameter.   FORECAST
The first half of the day will be fairly quiet with rain showers in the forecast. It's not until 6:00 PM when isolated pockets of stronger storms will start to pop up and will last until around midnight, tonight. This system will be quick moving and shortly lived, but you'll still want to stay weather aware. These storms could also bring heavy rain.
