Severe Weather Update: Severe Storms Possible for Parts of Texas and Arkansas Wednesday

Increasing threat for damaging winds, large hail and isolated tornadoes over Texas and the Mid-South today.  A cold front moving through Texas today will interact with warm temperatures and high moisture over parts of the Lower Mississippi Valley.

Severe Outlook

A Slight risk of severe weather means scattered severe storms will be possible with the threat for hail greater than 1 inch, damaging winds and one or two tornadoes.  You can see Dallas, TX is included in the higher risk of large hail and damaging winds.
