UPDATE: The Ruston tornado was at least an EF-3 and the San Augustine twister was at least an EF-2 per the National Weather Service Office in Shreveport, Louisiana. Overnight, tornadoes caused significant damage in Texas and Louisiana. At least two storm-related fatalities were confirmed in Ruston, Louisiana. https://twitter.com/WeatherNation/status/1121378591172726785 Louisiana Tech University took a direct hit and will be closed on Thursday. Spawning large hail, swift winds, and at least two twisters.
