Top snowfall totals are north of two FEET in parts of Vermont and New Hampshire after heavy snow blanketed New England through most of Saturday. Two other states have snow totals of at least one foot: New York and Maine. The top spot for snowfall is Ludlow, Vermont coming in at 27.3 inches of powder; Lebanon, New Hampshire comes in second with 26" of fresh snow. Nearby Killington, Okemo, Sugarbush, and other ski resorts have to be loving this weather!

Snow will end by early Sunday morning across the region, with the snow holding out the longest in Maine and New Hampshire. Another 6" to foot of snow is possible here before the snow ends!

As of Saturday evening, New York state was reporting around 85,000 customers without power, many near the Albany area. Power outages will be possible into Sunday with this heavy snow across the Northeast. If you lose power, run generators outdoors. Here are other tips:
