Temperatures are looking to be quite hot for today. Numbers will range anywhere from 94 degrees to 124 degrees! Multiple excessive heat watches and excessive heat warnings are in effect for today. Remember, these temperatures can cause heat related illnesses very quickly. Make sure to drink plenty of water throughout the day, and stay indoors as much as possible. These hot temperatures will not just be for today. They will will linger into our Monday and Tuesday, as well. This is due to a ridge building over the southwest. Monday and Tuesday's temperatures are looking to be in the 90s and 100s for most of the southwest and throughout California.   For WeatherNation -Meteorologist Shelly Lindblade
