A cut-off upper-level low in the Northwest will allow a chance for severe storms over Montana today.  Cities like Helena, Great Falls and Havre will need to prepared to take cover with any storms that develop today.  Here is the very latest.

Anywhere from the High Plains to the Upper Mississippi Valley will have the risk of severe storms today.  The highest risk of severe storms will be over Montana.

Severe Risks

All risks of severe weather are in the forecast for these areas.  Large hail, damaging winds and a few tornadoes will be possible.

Forecast
