Tropical Depressions #17 has Formed in the Atlantic

Sunday night the National Hurricane Center identified our next tropical system in the Central Atlantic Ocean as Tropical Depression #17 with maximum sustained winds of 35 mph, a minimum central pressure of 1006 mb, and moving west at 5 mph.  The storm is located 1160 miles west of the Cabo Verde Islands.
