SETUP
On top of today and Friday, the southeast will see a good chance of strong to severe weather for the first half of the weekend. We will have plenty of moisture streaming into the southeast by late this week and the available energy in the atmosphere will be good, as well. The high amounts of available energy will lead to instability in the atmosphere which, in turn, will lead to storms building vertically very quickly.   FORECAST
Heavy rain will last throughout the day on Saturday. It will eventually move up into the northeast Sunday morning. We  have about a 15% chance of seeing severe weather from Indiana to Texas for the day on Saturday.   A LOOK AHEAD
