These unfortunate scenes coming out of California were way too common throughout the weekend. Heavy rain led to debris flow, flash flooding, and hazardous road conditions. Rain is looking to continue throughout the Golden State, today.   LATEST UPDATES
Expect road closures and possible power outages throughout the day as the rain continues to pour. We also have flash flood watches in effect throughout northern California. Flash flooding might be a possibility near burn scars. Those burn scars include the Carr-Hirz-Delta fire burn area, the Mendocino Complex burn area, and the Camp Fire burn area. Take extra time on commutes today, and remember if you see flooding, turn around don't drown. You never know what is beneath the waters. It might be deeper than expected or roads might be damaged.   FORECAST
  RAINFALL FORECAST
