Snow snarled traffic along I-95 in the Mid-Atlantic Friday morning, and more snow fell towards the Atlantic coast Friday afternoon and evening. The airflow pattern should continue to bring some isolated lake-effect bands to areas along Lake Erie and Lake Ontario through Saturday morning.
The snow chances Saturday will be extremely isolated and should start to completely wind down by the afternoon.
The other story with this set-up will be how cold it gets across the Northeast. Not only will the air temperature be cold, but the wind chills could be strong as well. Take precautions to cover and protect your skin!
