SEVERE THREAT

All modes of severe weather will be on the table overnight. The Storm Prediction Center has highlighted areas along the Gulf Coast with a MARGINAL risk for severe storms (level 1 of 5). Damaging winds, hail, and an isolated tornado threat are in place. We also can see heavy rain and isolated flooding, so please stay weather aware, and use caution if you must head out on the roads.

Hail and damaging winds will be the primary concern but there is also an isolated tornado threat through the overnight hours. (below)

Tonight into Wednesday morning we can see strong to severe storms develop. While a severe weather outbreak isn't expected, make sure to have multiple ways to get alerts for anything that develops through the late-night hours.
