Thunderstorms along a cold front will move through cities like Baltimore and New York City later tonight  These storms will be capable of damaging winds and heavy rain as they race through later today.

Severe Risks

The main threat will be the risk for damaging winds over 58 mph.  The hail and tornado threat will be much lower today compared to the risk of damaging winds.
