The front responsible for severe weather continues to push east Thursday into the Atlantic Ocean. A tornado warning south of Jacksonville, FL showed debris on radar with additional waterspouts moving onshore in the greater Clearwater area.

The tornado near Saint Augustine was caught on camera and did damage to the World Golf Village community there.

After more than 6" of rain fell around the capital of Florida, a Flash Flood Emergency was issued into early Thursday morning in Tallahassee. Multiple water rescues were reported along with water entering structures around Tallahassee overnight Wednesday, prompting the warning.

Rainfall reports state-wide are extremely impressive over a foot just north of Tallahassee in the Florida panhandle and southern Georgia. Storms will produce a quick 1-2" of rainfall in the Sunshine State today before they push offshore.
