The South has been subject to multiple rounds of severe weather lately with intense storms in Dallas and Houston on Tuesday. Storms that formed in West Texas on Tuesday dropped some massive hail. Now, more storms are possible in two areas today - east and west Texas thanks to a stalled boundary aiding in storm development. A line looks to develop from Dallas to Houston into the early afternoon. In West Texas, a few supercell thunderstorms look to bubble up with the heat of the day. Those will form into another line and make a run from Abilene to San Antonio. Storms continue into Thursday from the High Plains into Texas and Oklahoma - don't let your guard down!
South Texas remains hot, whereas close to the Red River Valley, storms that have moved through, and more in the forecast, will actually keep temperatures slightly below average.
